A couple of nights ago I was ' trolling,' wait, I don't like the sound of that word, OK, two nights ago I was ' cruising ' the net, Shit! Don't like that phrase either, alright then! Last couple of nights ago I was jamming the net at a high rate of speed of about 23 words in one minute, nine seconds, the pic's too. When I came across what very much appeared to be a young woman/man ( ? ) of the appearance of, well, younger than what she/he ought to have been photographed doing. She/he seemed to be of the Asian persuasion and younger than ' cropped 'thighs on either side of she/he.
I immediately stopped, couldn't believe what I saw, went on to the next page, and thought, ' What the FUCK! ' How is this possible? I went back forced myself to look and sure enough, over the line. I FLAGGED it. I read the guy's profile, a self proclaimed artist, I should of FLAGGED his other blog too.
What was really interesting last night, of the two blogs that I flagged, is this. Though of some intellect and language skills, some of the writing is good, though I might differ on opinion's expressed, I can't help but wonder why one would post photographs of people who appear and strongly, I might add, to be under age. There was no excuse for the first, it was a blog of individual expression, not a porn sight, as I understand them. So, having said that, does that make it legal in the ethical climate of the art world, as it stands today? The photograph was not that of ' fantasy ', not that makes it any better ( history is full of examples, as are religions ), it was blatant, the photograph was not ' Photo Shopped, ' though I must admit that I didn't spend any time in close examination. And if it was, with the degree of ' realism,' I would argue that it was obscene in the sense of what appeared to be a distinct age difference relative to bone structure of the face and musculature of the two bodies in question, then posted as voyeur, as were all prior paragraphs and phonographs, found or produced. That's what books are and now the Internet can be, a mirror of thought, sometimes graphic in all definitions of the word depending on intellectual aperture or just talent. ( Some might question the use of the word ' voyeur,' I am using it in relation to production of dopamine ) A definition of pleasure derived from different sources of stimuli relating to a vast area under the heading of sex, which seemingly ties into everything of the double helix ( or can be as metaphor, hypothetical or not ). Examples can be found in art, architecture, music, you name it, the golden means's relevancy to and in life is present everywhere. Even to the illusion ( ? ) of a linear world in the abstract sense of virtual reality, all breaks down to the binary, thus helix. The Body of the Mind. Question?-In structure, which is older, that is to say, if the other percent is that of elements or even simpler put, minerals and the other, that of water, would not one recognize the other as, maybe, like in kind, a differential of age, if conscious, as an adult? If conscious, then why not of a conscience relative to a service provided as PUBLIC; of representations of humanities youth? If so, then we are examining more the process of a machine or at the vary least, an animal. Just conscious. Human beings build machines and their purpose and programing as tools. Animals just exist, eat and breed. Humans build machines of need, their purpose as tools. Do wants, pertaining to the programing of machines, reflective of the mind, more so than that of need? If so, then who ' plays ' the role of the adult with conscience?
So back to the ethical reasoning of why the individual posted such a thing in the guise of art. In a blog that I thought that of an adult? A person of conscience? A warning of content before I entered and now a warning for others and law enforcement, by me, that some Artists are outraged at this visual abuse. I have my own memories of my youth as an adult. I don't need yours reexamined with what appears to be a youth, with an adult! I would post the site if I thought it was the right thing to do, so that the individual might be ostracised by others of the same insights, but who would I be kidding? How do I know how many people have seen it ( quite abit, I looked ), and why wasn't it flagged before? It wasn't. Why would it be there in the first place? The sexual revolution should not and will not , as far as I'm concerned, include children in sexual situations, that appear to be under the age of 18 because they haven't yet explored their own minds and bodies of their own age and should not be the ' property ' of adults in the sense of the visual ' experience.' The adult, who never explored beyond the age of sixteen years of age, because of all the options now on the net as examples, that must be seen as trade, for there is no other explanation, to be quite frank, that would be satisfactory as explanation. Why post something that's wrong if you are not living the life style? Or are you ( they ? ) bucking the system as EXAMPLE OF EXPLANATION OF MENTAL ILLNESS UNDER LAW, DESPITE CONSCIENCE OR JUST COMMON SENSE ?
Equality, redefined in International Intellectual Property Rights
Expression pivots in revolution around equality for the purpose constant redefinition of human value and life as constructions in structure, which in turn attempts to guarantee levels of liberties in order to and for the survival of the humanity of the species relative of conscience. In short, to be human, is to strive above the animal and the intelligence of the machine; that is to ' feel ' enough to think. Equivocation?
Histories of past cultures have proven that societies that grew stagnant in terms of obsessive self observations and then strict doctrines for all her populations have in effect met a self destructive path taking with it countless millions of lives to the grave. Along with much of the known world, at the time, with her in the form of the domino effect; one country tips, the rest follows, or conquered. Ex. Nazi Germany. This is why I feel that the equivocations of the nature of the Internet, if not our country too, is in need of redefinition as to the laws currently established which are teaching today's youth, by way of ( international ) intellectual property laws as ' Scape Goat ' in example and in defense of liabilities unjustified within all societies of different cultural values in the world as a whole, from the stand point of the ' current ' Technological Industry as a whole ( apparatus ? ) as it stands today, as not to be held responsible for the ' product ' as currency as ' debt 'in return for the complete erasure of childhood and the innocence that ( might be ? ex. Religion and science. ) is found within a definition of childhood as understood by common people today.
A middle ground is warranted as a society in the whole, in terms of the world, is slowly being ' adapted ' to a social conscious where conscience has been left behind, at dinner tables where conversations were once experienced as ' family.' In today's fast paced ' mentality ' of servitude to a world economy without liability to her young. All the worlds societies children are at risk and endangered by pedophilia. Thus, a new gap of many generations, a ' Multilingual Generational Gap, ' as to terminology, slang, education and of impacted language, has been unknowingly created as a feasting ground for the pedophiles on an insurmountable scale. Where the lack of knowledge has been shifted form the child to the Adult; by design, you decide. ( ex. The birth of the Internet was born on the Swiss/Franco border, where societal means and standards are quite different from those in most states of all The Americas concerning nudity and sexual practices, not to mention the rest of the world. )
Law enforcement is overwhelmed in this growing denial of ' absolute freedom without question,' as the Technological Industry, ' reaps ' in the proceeds at the expense of stress, the uneducated and nature of all human beings as having sexual desires ( mentally sound, I hope ), while allowing the mixture of ALL desires in explicitly ' experienced ( ? ) ' representations as they would have to be, because they are there. ex. ' The One Hundred Monkey Effect.' If this theory holds true in Quantum Physics, will humanity lose all sense of ETHICS, including and not limited to Motherhood and Her Children in All Cultures as Understood in Most Societies Definition of FAMILY, Regarding Child Abuse ( just because they can, or haven't the time ).
If allowed as history has proven, government's law enforcement will see no other option other than Complete Authoritarianism, and that is not a side of humanity anyone wants to see again. Or experience. The military as part of the governmental apparatus will then take on law enforcements role, and all liberties, including current laws in place protecting children will be lost also, as it almost always is in civil unrest and warfare. EVERYBODY LOSES. The middle road as a responsible individual of conscience and the pursuit of the Technological Industry as a whole as a responsible entity too, that is not above the law and allowed to ' scape goat ' the issue of child abuse behind a curtain of international intellectual property ownership of representations of illegal material as is currently allowed by ignorance? We as individuals have to abide by laws protecting children and the MARKET as a whole and those who REALLY OWN IT are INDEBTED to THE PEOPLE not the select WE THE PEOPLE, as a few. As an individual of the truest intent of WE THE PEOPLE, our founding father's intent regarding liberty, was to ensure taxation with representation as fair response to need, in the world at the time. This en cured debt, at the time slavery of gender and race was common practice as was child servitude in the harshest sense in terms, as were all of the above, being viewed as TRADE. CURRENCY. Have our values really changed due life, liberty and pursuit of happiness? Are we still in the 1600's under England's rule? ( Of note. Which of the two countries abolished slavery first, incorporated women's suffrage and established laws protecting children first ? )
So why not call the cops. I did better and will go further. I have in the past. A suggestion was made in the second letter to The White House, one of many which this stands out in my mind, now refined in purpose and implication in DEMAND: ALL BLOG COMPANIES, AND WEB SITES AND OR CORPORATIONS MUST IN ORDER TO DO BUSINESS, OF ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED, MUST INCLUDE ON PAGE PULLED UP AS FLAG, TO INCLUDE, AND NOT LIMITED TO DESCRIPTIVE OBJECTION DEFINED AS SUCH: ' CHILD SEXUAL REPRESENTATION OR SITUATION. ' This idea would go further as to NOT include on adult blogs an acceptance form in the nature of E-mail, names and or passwords. Also, those blogs which are, but are not of an adult nature, to be either randomly checked, OR, E-mail access only, and accepted entrance by the public. The new nature of the flagging system would apply here also. This does not mean that every one should be tracked. And the legal section of any blog offerings does state ' illegal material,' or something of that effect, IS NOT ALLOWED, WHICH BEGS THE OBVIOUS QUESTION CONCERNING THE AUTHORITIES. It's been about a couple years, since I looked. This is not enough. ( Is it possible that by proximity of environments, ie. links, and placed in OVER ALL CONTENT, that we all maybe, unknowingly guilty, though child abuse not seen? )
Why would this work, because, ' Liberty ' of expression comes with a price, either you the people or WE THE PEOPLE. Everything is relative to economy. That is to say energy. Will ' your ' energy be better spent by you, or would your energy be better spent by WE THE PEOPLE as given by politicians who know better than you in all areas of your life including pagan belief systems which, may, include all religions or ONE RELIGION to be worshiped and ONE RACE as defined in ' dress,' and ONE INTERNET WITH ONE WEBSITE. AND NO GENDER AS DEFINED BY SEX AND AGE ALWAYS UNDETERMINED. The choice is really yours. If you do nothing, your life will be ' spent 'for you. FOLLOW THE MONEY. WHO OWN'S YOUR CHILD ? A REPRESENTATION ( PHOTO/FILM OF ), BLOGGERS OR A BUSINESS ? NOT YOU.
Situational Relief in a Comical World, because viewed in Any Other Way...
From my stand point, to have access to a ' FREE ' blog for expression for my, maybe, one or two readers, to vent, rant and rave, but not necessarily to...EXPOUND MY PERSONAL BELIEF SYSTEM THAT EVERYONE, 'cept me, of course, SHOULD BE FORCED OFF MY PLANET, 'cept, maybe,...100,000 WOMEN FOR...BASKET WEAVING...( Some times comedy relief can be a good thing ). By the way, I once did call in to local law enforcement to report, what I felt was child porn, and I was eventually given a number of which I did call and with site info info in hand, listened briefly to a PEDOPHILE CHECK IN. I was angered to the point of lawsuit if able, but calmed down, and kept trying. The rest is unimportant, other than the fact that I forgot to give HER the website. Don't be intimidated either by yourself, or others. Anger will get you no where unless used properly. Don't be intimidated by feminists of authority or not, they have blogs too, their opinions vary and their fantasies are pretty much the same, give or take a ' whatever or two,' and for the most part lame, meaning, they just don't think right. The 100,000 girls ( over the age of 18 ), are mine! Not yours, sorry.
We are but two of gender, generally as to our physicality. We have differed greatly and also to a lesser extent over the Milena, but the stride of HUMANITY as humane as opposed to the monster, all of the same definition, can be summed up in ONE word. STAND. To stand. To take a stand. THE STAND. Hence, the name of this ( my ) progression as to what should never of been, and to what should be. In New Mexico, as to laws protecting children, we're getting abit better. As INDIVIDUALS interacting with the net, only you can make the difference, or it will be made for you. To some, I might seem out of place in my expressions, but that is the nature of freedom of expression protected by adults with a real sense of freedom for all. I'm not afraid to voice my opinion and suggest law. I will go further in refinement of propositions to safeguard our freedoms and limited freedoms of children as protections for their freedoms as adults in the future, as adults enjoy today; excluding child nudity which pushes the bar as to instruction of masturbation, or ' spread eagle ' in an adult environment for adults ( the second blog ) and not so cleaver definitions as to what ART is; just there to push the ' system, ' and insanity therein. Which by the way, consists of ALL people; and some individuals who want fairness of business as practice ( to post on your blog means you are, in a sense, by way of expression, expending energy ' in loco parentis ' of education which by it's vary nature attracts results that can, in turn, attract unintended consequences, including child abuse and often bodily injury and not limited to murder. As history and newspapers, now online news services have recorded. ) due conscience to safeguard freedoms for all who wish Freedom of Expression on the world wide web, including our nation's young people without conscience of mis-representation enticed ( ? ) by adults. If it's there then there is no REAL ADULT SUPERVISION.
In my view, their is nothing wrong with the expression of intimacies, even of childhood events, girlfriends and so on. There's nothing wrong with photographs, film if contained within adult settings and minus minors or those who appear as such without proper identifications up front ( we live in an age of advanced technology, and I'm sure proper age can be rendered or obtained and not allowed posting at all ). But it used to be that ' intimacies ' were hidden ( not vary well ), but hidden none the less. Today, all you have to do is type in a word and all is there, equality for all ages combined, all angles, without little or no social relevance due education and no Adult Supervision as to content regulated; equality misused. Not all blogs and websites are this way, but some are. I found one good blog of note a couple of nights ago that I might post later. I flagged two a couple of nights ago, the system needs to be fixed; ' brought up to speed, 'in my opinion.
The images have now been satisfactory trashed in my mind and there might be some NEW RULES set in place in order to protect all our freedoms. Children's too.
